JOB DESCRIPTION

A total facilities maintenance company that has been in business since 1982 is seeking a Full Time (Union) candidate to join our team in Augusta, GA. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned) Will have knowledge of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning / refrigeration systems Will have knowledge and experience of chillers, Air Handlers and VAV Boxes Will be knowledgeable in all areas of building maintenance and operations Will complete Maintenance Service Requests, special projects, ensure preventive maintenance documentation and work is completed Service and operate environmental-control systems Make daily operational tours of all related equipment Must be knowledgeable in building maintenance and repair of architectural and structural items.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a t least three (3) years of experience obtained within the past five (5) years in a trade or occupation in maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be knowledgeable with air handlers and chillers Must be self-motivated individual that can work unsupervised Must have a valid driver's license Must pass security background check
