What you'll do Conduct routine maintenance to keep chiller systems running reliably and efficiently. Inspect and troubleshoot existing equipment to pinpoint performance issues and faults. Repair or replace failed parts and components to return systems to service. Install, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems, including: refrigerant handling, instrumentation, control valves, motors, motor controls, motor switch gear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), soft-starts, pumps, exchangers, filter, and refrigeration controllers. Uphold company and industry safety standards on every job. Position may require working up to 15% (no more than 300 hours) overtime throughout the year, as directed by the client and/or upper management. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred. Three years of related experience preferred. Physical requirements Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions. Comfort with prolonged periods in a stationary position. Ability to climb up and down ladders.
