Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled in diagnostics and repairs, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial) Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions Perform routine maintenance and inspections Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding services and recommendations Maintain accurate records of work performed Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician EPA Certification required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have own tools and equipment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong customer service skills Compensation & Terms 1099 Independent Contractor position (no benefits provided) Flexible schedule Pay structure: Per Job, mileage
