Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working HVAC Helper to join our growing field service and installation team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our licensed lead HVAC technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an entry-level position designed for someone looking to build a long-term, high-paying career in the skilled trades. We provide extensive on-the-job training, safety certifications, and a clear path toward becoming a certified lead technician.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist Lead Technicians :
Help set up, install, and service residential and commercial HVAC units.
Load and Transport :
Securely load company vehicles with necessary equipment, units, and specialized tools daily.
Manage Materials :
Run parts, carry heavy equipment, and layout ductwork, insulation, and piping at the job site.
Tool Operation :
Safely utilize basic hand and power tools under explicit supervision.
Maintain Job Sites :
Keep work zones, crawling areas, and customer properties completely clean, safe, and organized. Maintain the
Fleet :
Keep company trucks clean, organized, and properly stocked with inventory. Learn the
Trade :
Actively absorb technical instruction on refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
