Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Technician and Installer to join our dynamic team. This leadership role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex HVAC systems across commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities:

Lead installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, ventilation systems, and related mechanical components in commercial and residential properties. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with minimal supervision, providing clear diagnoses and effective solutions. Read schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and execute repairs or installations. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to optimize performance, energy efficiency, and longevity. Conduct field service visits independently or with team support to resolve mechanical problems promptly; document findings thoroughly and communicate clearly with clients. Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades of HVAC systems in commercial or residential buildings. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, inspection reports, and safety documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and other property maintenance projects as needed. Manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a senior HVAC technician or lead installer with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC system design principles. Extensive hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Strong ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and system specifications accurately. Demonstrated leadership skills in overseeing installation projects and guiding junior technicians. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications such as EPA 608 or equivalent trade qualifications are highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards. Own basic hand tools required; experience using service management software is a plus.

Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
