Hiring Expectations:

Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems EPA Certification required HVAC State License preferred but not required Valid driver's license Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Comfortable working with software for service records and job documentation Ability to lift HVAC equipment and perform work in attics, on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in similar work environments Commitment to safe work practices and applicable code requirements Additional HVAC trade certifications are a plus Chill Out A/C & Heating, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
