Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, service, repair, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and controls-related issues. Troubleshoot DDC and building automation controls. Read wiring diagrams, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Complete service reports and required documentation accurately. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned service vehicle. Follow company safety and job-site requirements. Travel throughout the company's service area as needed. Qualifications General knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and DDC controls. Associate's degree or equivalent Technical/Trade School education with HVAC training or certification. Commercial HVAC service experience preferred. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with solid troubleshooting skills. Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must comply with the company's zero-tolerance drug policy.
