HVAC INSTALLER

Murry's AC, Heating & Electrical is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! If you know HVAC, take pride in your work, and can lead a crew while getting the job done right the first time — we want you!

What You'll Do:

Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation crews Install new heating & air conditioning systems Perform change-outs and new system installations Read and follow job specifications Ensure installations meet company and manufacturer standards Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and safe job site

What We're Looking For:

✅ HVAC installation experience ✅ Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems ✅ Ability to lead and train helpers/installers ✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license ✅ Good communication and customer-service skills ✅ Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to work Experience as a Lead Installer is preferred, but we're willing to consider a highly experienced installer ready to take the next step.
