Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children's developmental needs through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective behavior management. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and your ability to connect with children will help foster their growth and curiosity. Duties Supervise and care for children in various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or private homes, ensuring their safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills, including toddler care and infant care routines Support childhood development milestones through teaching basic skills and encouraging exploration Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any health or safety concerns Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Collaborate with parents, teachers, or caregivers to share progress updates and address individual needs, including working with children with disabilities Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience in childcare roles such as babysitting, nannying, or working in daycare or preschool settings Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures young minds!
