Primary responsibilities:

? Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space ? Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives The preferred candidate will possess: ? An excellent customer service attitude ? Refrigeration technician license is desirable Required qualifications: ? Minimum of five years of experience ? Ability to work independently ? Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
