Foster Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Chelmsford, MA | Full-Time | $40 to $50 per hour Are You Tired of High-Pressure Sales and Quotas? Are you an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in building something you can look back on and say, "I did that right"? At Eric C. Foster Plumbing, Heating & Cooling , we are not looking for someone to simply move from job to job and install the same systems over and over. We work on custom, high-end residential projects , including fully ducted heat pump and air conditioning systems. Our work requires technical skill, attention to detail, problem-solving, and pride in craftsmanship. This is not high-volume, turn-and-burn residential development work. Our technicians and installers get the opportunity to work on unique homes and challenging projects where quality matters. You will also not be expected to sell jobs, work on commission, or hit high-pressure sales quotas . We hire skilled HVAC professionals to focus on what they do best: solving problems, building quality systems, and taking care of customers. If you are tired of the corporate atmosphere and want to work for a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and pride in your work , we would like to hear from you. What You'll Do As an HVAC Installer, you will primarily work on residential HVAC projects, including custom installations in high-end homes.
