Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Southeastern Technical Institute is looking for a qualified candidate for our evening HVAC program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five (5)
years of full-time employment directly related to HVAC. In addition candidates should
some combination of the following credentials:
EPA Universal Certification
OSHA Certified
R410a Safety Training Certification
MA State Oil Burner License
MA State Refrigeration License
MA State Sheet Metal License
Experience installing and servicing:
Hydronic heat
Gas heat
Light commercial refrigeration systems
Experience fabricating and installing sheet metal
Chapter 74 HVAC teaching license (preferred); Prior teaching or training experience (preferred); or
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find acceptable and appropriate.

$33.17 to $55.09 Per Hour
