We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who is comfortable troubleshooting equipment, working independently, and providing professional service to our customers. We provide the tools, equipment, and support you need to get the job done right. What You'll Do Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls issues Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Complete equipment start-ups and operational checks Accurately document work performed and parts used Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Participate in a rotating after-hours/weekend on-call schedule What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration service experience EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license and good driving record Strong electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, and controls troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose problems and complete service calls independently Dependable, motivated, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Pay & Benefits Up to $130,000 per year based on experience Weekly pay for all hours worked Paid travel time $250 bonus for each assigned on-call weekend Fully stocked company service vehicle Company credit card for approved business expenses Health and dental insurance - company pays 80% of employee premiums Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays 5%-15% annual performance bonus opportunities Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Why Ross Company?
