What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, and Heat pump systems. Heating system cleanings - both oil and gas. MUST have oil experience, gas experience preferable. Potentially perform HVAC installations for residential and commercial projects, depending on service volume. Interact professionally with customers, builders, and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Accurately complete job documentation

What We're Looking For:

Valid Massachusetts Drivers License with a clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (service). Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently as well as manage jobs and time effectively Ability to read job plans preferred On Call Preferred Oil burner license EPA Certification (Required) OSHA 10 Certification preferred
