We are seeking a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least three years of hands-on HVAC field experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform routine maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate solutions Explain repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers Accurately document service calls, estimates, and payments in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company procedures and safety standards Participate in an on-call schedule when required Qualifications Minimum of three years of hands-on HVAC field experience required Experience using ServiceTitan preferred Working knowledge of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air systems, and mini-splits Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification preferred Oil Burner Technician experience or certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills Ability to identify customers' needs and present appropriate solutions Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive base pay based on experience Performance-based sales commissions in addition to regular pay Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for overtime Paid training and opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-focused work environment 401k with company match Health and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Join a local company that values skilled technicians, quality service, and long-term customer relationships.
