Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong installation experience and take pride in completing safe, efficient, high-quality work. Pay $30-$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Install heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, central air-conditioning systems, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment Read installation plans and confirm proper equipment placement Complete system start-ups and testing Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues Maintain accurate job documentation in ServiceTitan Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe Participate in an occasional Saturday rotation Qualifications Minimum of five years of HVAC installation experience Strong experience installing heat pumps and ductless mini-split systems Knowledge of Mass Save requirements, rebates, and installation standards Strong understanding of HVAC electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and ductwork requirements Ability to diagnose and correct installation problems Experience with ServiceTitan preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work Applicable Massachusetts licenses and certifications preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health and dental insurance Matching 401(k) Paid time off Paid sick time Please submit your resume by email to michellem@quarryhillsplumbing.com.
