Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of oil burners, boilers, and associated HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and combustion issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Diagnose system malfunctions through detailed analysis; implement effective repair strategies. Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and logs for all wk performed; communicate findings clearly to clients. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs or maintenance procedures clearly and professionally to clients on-site. Qualifications Service technician experience in oil burner repair preferred; familiarity with boiler systems is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Hands-on experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting using hand tools and diagnostic equipment like ohmmeters. Ability to operate a van safely as a driver; valid driver's license required. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to property maintenance issues. Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols. Pay:

$29.13 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 60.0 per week
