Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician with a Massachusetts Oil Burner License to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across primarily residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal energy efficiency, and system reliability. Job Responsibilities:

Provide clients with maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Provide thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicates findings and recommendations to the client. Assist in the completion of all required documentation on services. Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried. Recommend system replacements to clients and liaise with the sales team for leads. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Oil Burner License for Massachusetts. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities working with HVAC products including but not limited to:

• Oil and Gas Furnaces and Boilers
• Air Conditioner Condensers
• Heat pumps and Mini Splits
• Water heaters Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

Requirements:

EPA Certified required or currently pursuing. Must have a Massachusetts Oil Burner License A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum two years field experience required. Must have experience with troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues. A valid driver's license and approval to drive by Company's insurance carrier. Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through. Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret manuals. Function well in a team environment. Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS. Share in on call rotation.

Nice to have:
