Position Offers:

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

This role involves HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work, primarily in residential settings (about 80%) with some commercial projects (20%) The lead position focuses more on supervising technicians, coordinating schedules and materials, ensuring quality and safety standards, and communicating with clients, while still working in the field as needed The mid-level technician role is more focused on hands-on service work, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting systems Both roles require maintaining accurate job records to help keep projects running smoothly Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
