Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular vivarium walkthroughs, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and more.
• Execute welding tasks for equipment repair and structural support.
• Collaborate with site managers and research teams to maintain operational excellence.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in MIG/TIG/arc welding.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance challenges.
• Clear communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with controlled environments and CMMS platforms.
• Comfortable with mobile technology for real-time updates.
