Job Preferences:

3+ years residential installation experience Hard working, reliable and efficient within timelines are a must! Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Amazing customer service skills EPA Universal License required, NATE Certification preferred Strong knowledge of and experience working with ductlessunitary systems Experience with Mitsubishi, Bryant and Bosch Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Basic Electrical Skills Control wiring knowledge Knowledge of proper venting techniques Knowledge of refrigeration piping/brazing techniques Familiarity with wifi thermostatscontrollers Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
