We are seeking an experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of residential HVAC systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in ducted and ductless heat pump systems. Identify and replace worn or defective parts to restore systems to optimal operating condition. Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with local building codes and manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate service reports, diagnostic findings, and inventory of parts Skills Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for residential HVAC systems. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals. Expertise in refrigerant recovery and charging procedures. Strong knowledge of property maintenance and preventative service practices. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for site travel. Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Requirements 2+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience. Universal EPA Certification required. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a field environment with frequent travel between job sites throughout the day. Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds, occasionally more with assistance. Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
