What We're Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience Experience with ductless, central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps Knows how to read a scope and build it like the diagram Can handle refrigerant, electrical, and airflow like a pro EPA-certified (or close to it) A teammate who shows up, works smart, and has fun doing it
