This Senior HVAC Service Technician opportunity offers hands-on work supporting chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems while leveraging building automation controls. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior
HVAC/BAS
Service Technician position include: 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience (7+ years will be considered), ideally supporting data centers, hospitals, or pharmaceutical facilities Service and preventive maintenance experience with chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and split systems Proficiency with Johnson Controls and other building automation systems Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and building automation controls Regional travel for service calls; company van provided Maintain a clean background and driving record Future participation in on-call rotation Comfort working occasional weekends and project overtime as needed
Salary:
$45 - $55 per hour.
