• What You'll Do:

• As a Bluestone HVAC Consultant, you will be at the forefront of solving critical challenges for our clients. Your expertise will help maintain and optimize HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a campus of five buildings. You will ensure these systems operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on facility systems and equipment.
• Monitor and respond to alarms within Building Automation Systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client operations.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and prepare detailed management reports.
• Study and familiarize yourself with equipment and systems to enhance daily operations.

• What We're Looking For:

• Universal EPA 608 Certification
• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Valid state driver's license and compliance with safety procedures.
• Preferred experience in

MEP/HVAC

system design and CMMS technology.
