Work is conducted on-site at commercial and institutional client locations throughout the Boston metro area.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as the primary service and maintenance expert for our premium commercial portfolio Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up complex HVAC mechanical systems in highly maintained environments Coordinate with facility directors and project managers to plan on-site repairs with zero guesswork Maintain the highest standard of safety and professionalism required by elite institutional clients Provide expert recommendations on system efficiency and long-term asset health
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Current, active membership in good standing with Local 537 5+ years of Journeyman-level commercial or industrial HVAC experience EPA Section 608 Certification A professional demeanor suitable for high-security and institutional environments Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean record
Compensation:
Determined by Local 537 CBA rate sheet. Full union benefits package including health, pension, and annuity. AMS is an equal opportunity employer.
