00 - $45.00 per hour + bonuses and performance incentives Modern Energy is a five-star, Inc. 5000 heat pump, insulation, and solar installer serving Worcester County and Greater Boston, and we're adding experienced HVAC Service Technicians to our Worcester team. You'll diagnose and repair residential systems that range from cold-climate heat pumps and ductless mini-splits to gas and oil furnaces, boilers, and central AC — in a fully equipped company vehicle, with an iPad, pro-grade tools, and a crew that takes craftsmanship seriously. HVAC:

ducted and ductless heat pumps, mini-splits, central AC, gas and oil furnaces, and boilers Perform seasonal maintenance, tune-ups, and system performance evaluations Test electrical components, refrigerant charge, airflow, and safety controls Spot inefficiencies and recommend the right fix: repair, replacement, or weatherization Explain your findings clearly to homeowners and deliver five-star service on every call Complete service documentation and Mass Save® rebate paperwork on your iPad Work to Massachusetts code, safety standards, and manufacturer specs Cross-train in building performance: blower door and infrared testing, air sealing, and insulation support as needed Keep your vehicle stocked, organized, and professional What you bring

Must-haves:
