Supervise and support our HVAC install teams in the field Aid other team members, such as sales consultants in the field, to determine best course of action for HVAC installs as directed by management Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle Any other assigned duties as directed by management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking Confident and decisive communication in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams)
