Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master HVACR technician to lead the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. As a Master HVACR professional, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues accurately, executing repairs efficiently, and guiding less experienced technicians to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and technical mastery will be vital in maintaining the comfort, safety, and efficiency of commercial and residential facilities. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive HVAC system installation, piping, and control systems, ensuring compliance with all safety codes and standards. Read and interpret detailed schematics for HVAC design modifications Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with all work performed. Assist in training junior technicians on best practices for HVAC system repair, installation techniques, safety procedures, and building automation controls. Experience Proven experience in construction environments with a strong background in HVAC/R system installation and maintenance. Extensive service technician experience with a focus on troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with reading schematics for HVAC design modifications or repairs is essential. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems related to HVAC applications is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform HVAC system repair on various equipment types including refrigeration units, boilers, air conditioning units, and mechanical systems. Strong electrical diagnostics skills using tools such as ohmmeters; knowledge of electrical systems within HVAC/R equipment is required. Mechanical knowledge encompassing the repair of mechanical systems such as pumps, fans, valves, compressors, and building automation systems. Experience working with hand tools for precise mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting tasks. Knowledge of HVAC system installation procedures adhering to safety standards; familiarity with building codes is preferred. Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; a valid driver's license (including driver if applicable) is required for field service operations. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
