Lead Residential HVAC Service Technician -

Elkridge, MD Pay Range:

$30 - $60 per hour We are looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions Perform system testing and verify proper operation after repairs Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders Provide exceptional customer service and communicate findings clearly to homeowners Ensure service vehicle, tools, and work areas remain clean and organized

Requirements:

5+ years as a Residential HVAC Service Technician EPA Universal Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with residential HVAC systems Valid driver's license and clean MVR Ability to pass background check Ability to pass drug screen Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience using mobile devices or service software for documentation
