EOE Primary Responsibilities Maintain, repair and install customers' HVAC equipment Perform annual maintenance/efficiency tune-ups Generate billable revenue within a "Flat Rate" environment Must be responsible for Company truck, tools and inventory Work effectively with Service Dispatch Ensure timely and safe performance of service calls Perform administrative duties related to service calls in a timely manner Provide prompt and courteous service to customers on a daily basis while ensuring environmental compliance on every call Must be capable of turning in leads for new equipment Must be capable of upgrading customers to service agreements Other duties as assigned Education or Professional Certification/License Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Journeymen's license desired CFC certification desired
