Overview Join Our Team Complete Home Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and complete quality repairs on residential HVAC systems. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping homeowners, we'd love to have you on our team. Duties Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems Complete BGE Home Performance tune-ups in accordance with program requirements Diagnose and repair heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, mini-split systems, and indoor air quality equipment Inspect electrical components, refrigerant levels, airflow, and overall system performance Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners Complete service reports, utility program documentation, and required paperwork using company software Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Follow all company safety standards and EPA regulations Attend training and team meetings Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Experience 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Experience performing preventative maintenance and service repairs Experience performing BGE Home Performance tune-ups is preferred EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Why Complete Home Solutions?
