HVAC Service and Maintenance Tech (experience required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise in equipment repair, field service, plumbing, and HVAC systems will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform regular maintenance on existing HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC equipment
• Perform routine cleaning and testing of HVAC components
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to read schematics
• Proficient in equipment repair, field service, plumbing, and building maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
