This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our healthcare environment, delivering patient-first service through maintenance excellence. This pivotal position involves managing, repairing, and optimizing building systems and machinery, required to maintain the stringent standards of hospital operations. Ideal candidates will be skilled problem solvers with a deep understanding of mechanical systems. Responsibilities Manage and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure continuous operation. Regular inspection and testing of mechanical equipment. Compliance with healthcare industry safety standards and protocols. Documenting procedures and maintaining service records. Quick response to emergency maintenance requests. Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
