BMC Installation Heating & A/C is looking for a dependable and motivated individual for an entry-level HVAC helper position. This position is based out of our Silver Spring, MD office. The individual in this position will work under the supervision of our Senior HVAC Installers & Technicians. Primary duties include working in all weather conditions to assist senior installers & technicians in the installation of residential HVAC equipment. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Additional / overtime hours are offered as the schedule allows. This position has a starting wage of $18-$22/hour depending on experience. Wage increase evaluated upon successful completion of training.
