BMC Installation Heating & A/C is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer. This position is based out of our Silver Spring, MD office. The individual in this position will act as a lead installer. Primary duties include working in all weather conditions to lead in the installation of residential HVAC equipment. This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Additional / overtime hours are offered as the schedule allows. This position has a starting wage of $26-$30/hour depending on experience. We are looking for individuals who have experience working as a lead residential HVAC installer/technician and have current knowledge of the HVAC trade. We are looking for candidates that are motivated and work well in a team setting. At least two years of experience as an HVAC installer is required. Other requirements include a valid CFC refrigeration license , a valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
