Installer / Service Technician Position Summary Responsible for performing both residential HVAC installations and service work while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining company quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Remove and dispose of existing equipment.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, line sets, condensate drains, and related components - boilers, radiators, steam boilers, PTAC units, water source heat pumps, space pak
• Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Complete all required Housecall Pro documentation. Clear pictures including data plates
• Communicate installation progress with the HVAC Operations Manager.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with material loading and unloading. Put unused materials away.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment. Return tools to cage after jobs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service calls.
• Explain findings, present pricing, and obtain customer approval before repairs.
• Complete all service and installation documentation in Housecall Pro.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Performance Expectations

• Complete work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Valid Driver's License required Clean driving record
• Commission based, non-hourly. Pay is commensurate with experience.
