Overview We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Technician with rotational on-call responsibilities to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of mechanical systems, perform repairs, and ensure optimal operation of HVAC equipment across diverse property types. What You Will Earn & Receive Strong Pay:
Earn $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, highly dependent on your experience level.

Career Growth:

Duties Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters, and other field testing devices. Conduct system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions to clients or property managers. Respond promptly to emergency service calls during rotational on-call periods, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and reports documenting all repairs and maintenance activities. Assist with plumbing, building automation systems (BAS), electrical systems, and equipment repairs as needed with our Contract team. Skills Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in related construction or mechanical fields. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration systems. Ability to Diagnose and repair diverse systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and commercial refrigeration equipment. Ability to read electrical diagrams and familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic devices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; EPA certification required for refrigerant handling. Valid Gas, Oil, or Solid Fuel licenses are highly preferred. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Ability to work independently, manage your daily service route efficiently, and handle a rotating on-call schedule.
