What You'll Do Install, maintain, and support HVAC and energy-efficiency systems Work with various types of insulation in both new and existing homes Interact professionally with homeowners and clients Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Assist in improving the comfort, efficiency, and health of Maine homes Collaborate closely with a supportive, team-oriented crew Solve unique challenges in the field and adapt to different work environments What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Leadership qualities and a positive attitude Dependability and a willingness to learn Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Confidence, versatility, and strong problem-solving skills Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to work on ladders over 20 feet high Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions and job-site environments ExperienceHVAC, construction, insulation, or related trade experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow.
