Full-Time We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Portland, ME. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to build a career in HVAC and wants to learn from experienced technicians while gaining hands-on experience in the field. You don't need to know everything coming in — we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and take pride in their work. What You'll Do Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance Assist with troubleshooting heating and cooling systems Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system inspections Work safely and professionally in customers' homes and businesses Communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner Continue developing your HVAC, electrical, and troubleshooting skills What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn — most important Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as skills develop HVAC trade school graduate 6 months of HVAC experience preferred, but not required Recent HVAC school graduates are encouraged to apply Basic electrical knowledge is a plus EPA certification is a plus Valid driver's license Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to work safely, professionally, and respectfully in customer environments Why Join Us?
