Overview We are seeking a skilled plumbing & HVAC Installer/service technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics and blueprints, ensuring that installations meet industry standards and client specifications. Duties Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues related to heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Work with various tools and equipment to build and plumb HVAC systems. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Plumbing rough in. Plumbing finish Experience Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with HVAC equipment repair, refrigerate systems, and appliance repair is advantageous. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations. Experience in property maintenance or related fields is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Plumbing license Gas license
