Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a background of 3+ years in HVAC systems maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Duties :

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems for commercial and industrial customers Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals on commercial and industrial equipment Test systems to ensure proper operation Be familiar with various types of HVAC systems Repair or replace defective components using hand tools and power tools Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site and ensure compliance with local codes

Requirements :

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, specifically in a commercial and/or industrial setting Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and refrigeration Familiarity with HVAC design principles and the ability to read schematics Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for troubleshooting Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
