Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. Diagnose issues with HVAC/R equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. Repair or replace faulty components within HVAC systems, including compressors, thermostats, fans, and other related parts. Install new HVAC systems or components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all service activities. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC/R system repair and maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC system components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred (e.g., EPA certification). Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
