Full-time, immediate opening ABM is hiring an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, controls, chilled water systems, and boilers at a commercial/industrial facility. You'll keep systems running, minimize downtime, and deliver a great client experience. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust thermostats, burners, pilots, transformers, relays, heaters, switches, and controls Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning equipment Perform preventive maintenance and warranty service Respond to emergency repairs promptly Identify maintenance risks on equipment Work at heights, including regular ladder climbing and operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other lifts Follow OSHA and applicable equipment standards Other duties as assigned Requirements 3-5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience EPA 608 Certification High school diploma or GED Strong knowledge of building systems, occupational hazards, and safety protocols Skilled with hand and power tools Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts Authorized to work in the US Benefits & Perks Comprehensive benefits package [add specifics: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO] Paid training and clear career growth programs Veterans encouraged to apply.
