Troost Service Company is seeking HVAC Service Technicians and a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Ability to plan and implement various projects Direct and lead team members Ability to work as part of a team Ensure deadlines and cost end points are met Maintain required project documentation Experience working with Boilers, RTU's, Controls and various commercial/industrial HVAC systems Ability to interpret a blueprint Strong communication skills EPA certification is advantageous Ability to maintain and inventory a company vehicle Driver's license with good driving record ​
