We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. QualificationsRequired:
4+ years of experience as an HVAC Lead Installer Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to lead and motivate installation teams Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
