  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing essential climate control systems across various properties.

Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Conduct routine inspections of property maintenance systems, plumbing, refrigeration units, and appliance repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to perform precise equipment repairs and mechanical adjustments. Perform ammonia refrigeration work where applicable, adhering to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials. Assist with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) system upgrades or installations in compliance with industry standards. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports of all maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference. Operate company vehicles responsibly as a driver while managing multiple service calls across different locations. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair. Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with field service procedures is essential. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R certifications preferred; relevant licenses are a plus. Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
