HVAC Service Technician Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Cregger is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team . What's in it for

Pay Range:
$25-$40 per hour (based on experience) Additional performance opportunities may be available Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for Employees Year-round vacation opportunities Tuition Assistance Company vehicle (fully stocked) Generous tool and boot allowance 401(k) with company match Basic and Optional Life Insurance Paid time off and holidays Company-supplied cell phones and tablets What YOU will do: Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related issues Accurately document all service work and client communications Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment Run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed Communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs clearly to customers What YOU will bring: 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience Familiarity with ServiceTitan and/or Nexstar (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs EPA Certification (required) Cregger is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
