Starting at $30 per hour; based on experience HVAC Technician Benefits A comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 15 Days PTO 8 Paid Holidays 401(k) match up to 6% Company Van and Tablet provided Safety Training Bonus Tool & Employee advance opportunities HVAC Technician Responsibilities Performs routine commercial maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure proper operation Inspecting, troubleshooting and repair HVAC/R equipment Maintaining inventory of replacement parts & orders replacement parts Complies with company and industry safety standards Account for quality assurance per project Services and installments of: building controls, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, ice machines, walk-ins/reach-in coolers/freezers, packaged RTU's, computer room air conditioning Other duties as assigned HVAC Technician Qualifications Atleast 3 years of experience, required Completed certification from an accredited schooling program, required Experience in a commercial/ industrial settings, preferred Experience with refrigeration, strongly preferred but not required Strong mechanical aptitude Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Self motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team Ability to display professional company image Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test We are a 24/7 Emergency Service operation which will require this position to occasionally work after-hours and weekend shifts as well as being able to assist with emergency response calls as needed, this requirement is a part of an on-call rotation amongst the team.
