The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The HVAC Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and efficient climate control solutions. Duties Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and conduct necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. Skills Proficient in field service techniques related to HVAC/R systems. Strong background in equipment repair, particularly in heating and refrigeration units. Experience in property maintenance related to HVAC installations. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transporting tools and equipment. Familiarity with boiler systems and their maintenance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
